We process account data, Firebase Auth identifiers, email, display name, memorial and crypt content, posts, comments, reactions, reports, administrative audit logs and product preferences. Stripe processes payments; Etern stores technical references but not full card numbers.
We use data to authenticate users, display memorials, save decorated scenes, manage family permissions, process purchases, moderate content, maintain security and respond to support or removal requests.
A memorial, crypt or post can be private, shared with members or public depending on the chosen settings. Public content may appear in explore, search engines and shared links.
To request access, correction, removal, objection or deletion of data, contact soporte@etern.app. We may ask for additional information when a request affects a memorial created by someone else.
